The poor condition of minorities in India is well known facts now. Some measures are taken by the Government to uplift their condition. We believe that it requires more than that to change the ground reality for them. As per Sachar Committee recommendation, Minorities especially Muslims, require community services. Thus "ASSOCIATION SNAP", a minority organization is born to provide required services to all minorities in West Bengal. It is a non-profitable, non-political, non-governmental organization to arrest division in society and so, to propagate harmony in the society.

At present, we are working to provide information to minority community regarding different Central Govt. and State Govt. schemes and many other educational, training and job-oriented schemes. We are planning to take more proactive steps to uplift the Minorities condition in Bengal in association with Govt. agencies, Private agencies and larger section of people from our society. At this very crucial juncture, we are also offering detail assistance with information to the students desperately seeking to overcome the hurdles on their educational journey. The web pages contain the required details about the scholarships, education loans, Universities/Colleges/Institutions and also available hostels, dormitories, boarding in some locations in West Bengal.

We hope that students will benefit from making right use of these limited resources and by virtue of their own talent merit and they will be able to establish themselves as responsible good citizens and assume leading roles to help our beloved country to progress further in years to come.
